NEW SWIMSUIT RULES FOR HIGH SCHOOL COMPETITION IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY (August 11, 2009):
The National Federation of High School Associations effectively banned the use of the "technical" suits (ie: LZR, Blue 70) for high school competition.  Reading the rule, it seems to now correspond to the FINA and USAS interpretations.  For more information, refer to the NFHS website or this link : http://www.nfhs.org/core/contentmanager/uploads/Swimming%20&%20Diving%20Rule%20Change%203-3-2.pdf
